1. Overview By visiting goldengains.com.au and purchasing from Golden Gains, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products All products sold by Golden Gains are formulated supplementary sports foods intended to support physical performance. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results may vary between individuals.

3. Age Restriction You must be 18 years or older to purchase from Golden Gains. By placing an order you confirm you meet this requirement. Our products are not suitable for persons under 18 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or individuals sensitive to caffeine.

4. Pricing All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Golden Gains reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Your order will be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal through our secure checkout. Golden Gains reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

6. Presale Orders From time to time Golden Gains may offer products on a presale basis prior to stock arriving. Estimated dispatch dates are provided in good faith but may be subject to change due to manufacturing or shipping delays. You will be notified of any significant changes to your estimated dispatch date.

7. Shipping We ship within Australia only at this time. Orders are dispatched within the timeframe stated on the product page or order confirmation. Golden Gains is not responsible for delays caused by third party couriers once an order has been dispatched.

8. Returns & Refunds Due to the nature of consumable supplement products, we do not accept change of mind returns on opened products. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect please contact us within 7 days of receipt at admin@goldengains.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess each case individually and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

9. Health Disclaimer Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, are taking medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Golden Gains accepts no liability for adverse reactions resulting from failure to follow label directions or recommended usage guidelines.

10. Intellectual Property All content on goldengains.com.au including the Golden Gains name, logo, product names, and imagery is the property of Golden Gains and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by Australian law, Golden Gains shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

12. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
