REFUND POLICY

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving your return

To initiate a return please contact us at admin@goldengains.com.au with your order number before sending anything back.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect please contact us within 30 days of delivery at admin@goldengains.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you including return shipping where required.

Opened Products

Due to the consumable nature of our products we are unable to accept returns on opened or partially used items unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 3 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider it may take additional time to appear in your account.
