Australia-Wide Shipping
We ship to all Australian states and territories.
- Free shipping on all orders over $100 AUD
- Standard shipping — $12.00
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control including courier delays, public holidays, and remote location surcharges. Golden Gains is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the courier.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact us at admin@goldengains.com.au with your order number and we will investigate on your behalf.
Missing or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at admin@goldengains.com.au Please include your order number and photos where applicable and we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship internationally. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — stay tuned.
